STEPS TO MAKING A RESERVATION

To Make Your Reservation for RIDES Service

First, select either a shared ride provider or taxi provider of your choice from the following approved lists. 

  • Shared ride providers must be booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance, before 2:00 PM.
  • Taxi providers can be booked 90 minutes in advance. 

Shared Ride Providers: Transportation is available 5 days a week, Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM per provider schedules. Wheelchair accessibility provided. When scheduling a shared ride trip, please call your provider of choice before 2:00 PM on the previous day.

Taxi Providers: Transportation available 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Wheelchair accessibility provided. When scheduling a taxi trip, please give your provider of choice 90 minutes advance notice.

SIX STEPS TO MAKING YOUR RESERVATION:


Step 1
Select a provider of your choice.
Call selected provider (Before 2:00 PM, the day before if scheduling a shared ride trip).
Step 2
Identify yourself as a RIDES customer.
Step 3
Provide pick up and drop off address with your appointment time.
Step 4
For SHARED RIDES, tell the agent what time you need return pick up (if needed).
Step 5
Tell agent if you have any of these special needs:
Travel with a companion,
Use a wheelchair or
Service Animal.
Step 6

Upon entering vehicle present your RIDES fare card for QR code scanning.
Upon exiting vehicle present your RIDES fare card for QR code scanning.
Repeat the same procedure for your return trip.
